Our Mission:

Castle Day Care believes children learn and develop in a secure, loving environment. Since we are concerned with the whole child, we aim to balance their development in all areas: social, emotional, physical and intellectual. Our staff needs to be dedicated to helping children grow at their natural pace by building self-confidence, strengths and skills.

Castle Day Care has been caring for children since 1998. We have loving, caring staff members who are dedicated to providing the best care possible for the children.

Each of our sites has an Educational Director certified by New York State in early childhood, as well as certified teachers caring and instructing the day care children. All our staff has been fingerprinted by the NYC Department of Investigation and cleared through the New York State Central Register. Each employee is required to take a class on the Identification and Reporting of Child Abuse/Neglect and Infectious Disease Control. Our Infant/Toddler staff has undergone Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) and Shaken Baby Syndrome Training. There are also staff members certified in CPR and First Aid.

Castle Day Care provides breakfast, lunch and snack to the day care children daily. Meals are prepared in our facility by a cook that possesses a NYC Food Handlers license. All meals are monitored by the NYS Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP).

We are fully licensed by the NYC Department of Health/Bureau of Day Care, and we are dedicated to upholding all regulations as stated in Article 47.
